When I first set up my phone i signed up with the serious account (this is the one that got associated with my chat) and now i cant log out to use my other gmail account on gchat. One for just chatting and casual stuff and one for serious email and contacts etc. The reason i want to log out so badly because i use two gmail accounts. I'm running a Galaxy S II skyrocket with android 2.3.5. I very badly want to sign out of gtalk and can't.
